| Preparation Method |
| For Dosa / Idly
Take required quantity of batter.
Add 1–2 teaspoons of Curry Leaves Dosa/Idly Mix per cup of batter.
Mix well with water to required consistency.
Prepare dosa on a hot tawa or steam idlies as usual.
Serve hot. For Rice (Rice Podi)
Mix 1–2 teaspoons of Curry Leaves Rice Podi with hot steamed rice.
Add ghee or sesame oil as required.
Mix well and serve. |
