1. No Return on Food Products

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food products once sold or delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Spices
• Powders
• Ready-to-use mixes
• Any sealed or unsealed edible products

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged during transit

The product is defective, expired, or contaminated

The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item)

Conditions:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and invoice must be shared

The product must remain unused and in original condition

After verification, we will provide:

A replacement, or

A refund, at our discretion

3. Non-Eligible Cases for Refund / Replacement

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

Change of mind or taste preference

Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Minor variations in color, texture, aroma, or taste (as natural products may vary)

Delay caused by courier or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

If a refund is approved:

The refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds will be completed within 7–10 working days

Shipping or handling charges, if any, are non-refundable

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled
